As well as gathering for worship every Sunday, our church offers many activities throughout the week where

Christian fellowship can be found.

There are organisations for all age groups and links for each can be found by clicking the relevant logo.

Junior Church

For boys and girls of Nursery age up. Come and join in the fun, singing and learn about Jesus.

Soup Stop

Bourock Church's kitchen volunteers raising money for charities countrywide.

The Boys’ Brigade

We are one of the biggest Christian Youth Organisations in the UK & Republic of Ireland, committed to seeing lives enriched by supporting children and young people to reach their full potential by providing opportunities to meet together and engage in a range of fun and developmental activities and experiences.

Bourock Variety Club

The Variety Club produces an annual show for the town of Barrhead. It runs from Tuesday to Saturday evenings, with a Saturday matinee for the children.  The whole week is generally sold out each night to rapturous audiences. The proceeds enables the club to make generous donations to many causes in the area. Over the years we have supported amongst others - ACCORD, McMillan Nurses, Adams House, Maggie Centre, Meningitis Trust, CHAS and Samaritans Purse. We have also (in association with The Really Useful Group) produced "Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", with all profits going to CHAS (children's hospice) or ACCORD (local hospice).

Girlguiding

With Girlguiding, girls have the best experiences. They go to their first ever sleepover, canoe on rivers, learn about body confidence, lead their own camp, or simply have fun and try new things with girls their age. Girls take what they do in guiding with them as they grow up. They develop the skills and confidence that they need to reach their potential - as students, colleagues, parents, friends and citizens - and become the young women that they want to be.

Tweenies

An organisation for girls aged 4 - 7.

The Guild

The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement within the Church of Scotland which invites and encourages both women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.

Craft Club

Open to adults who enjoy arts and crafts and, more importantly, a cup of tea or coffee!

Bourock Stravaigers

If you are interested in walking (flat or hill) with a friendly group, this is for you!

Toddler Group

Open to all children from birth to pre-school. Come along any Friday morning during school term time.
